REAL ESTATE

Having been around realtors and real estate since I was a kid and haven't a passion for architecture and an engineering degree I'm very excited to offer Real Estate photography to realtors all over Northern Vermont from Chittenden County to Franklin County, from Grand Isle to Orleans and everywhere in between and possibly beyond.

mastering the art

So much goes into selling a house as a real estate agent and as a Home Seller. Buyers today are looking not only for the perfect house but the one shown it's best light. I'll work closely with the sellers and real estate agent to ensure your house has it's best side forward.

Staging isn't a "must" but it is a request

No matter how great the photos are the house will sell itself if it looks amazing. Let's make sure to put your home in it's best tuxedo or evening gown. Spruce up the furniture, clean the floor, clear the dishes, and put away those socks! If this is all done before we begin the photo session we'll be that much closer to making an amazing listing and selling your home!

It's not always sunny out

Sometimes you sell your home in the summer, sometimes you wait until winter, either way it's important to capture your home again when it's beautiful out. If it's winter time we'll prefer to photograph on a sunny day when it's not snowing. If it's summer and raining we'll postpone until it's not raining and the sun peaks out so the house looks bright and welcoming and not dark
